Documentation and necessary information

• Death and last wishes certificates
• Authorized copy of the will
• Personal data of heirs
• Titles proving ownership of the goods:
  • Real Estate Tax (I.B.I.) if relevant
  • Certificates and bank statements for securities, current accounts, etc.

The notaries will include a Certificate of Death Insurance Coverage, which may or may not be included in the inheritance Estate.

The above mentioned Certificate may be requested by any interested party, 15 days after the death at the earliest and after presenting a request accompanied by the Death Certificate.

(This can be requested from the Register of Last Wishes)
