• National Identity Card of the constituent shareholders, and in the case of companies, power of attorney of their representative
• Valid company name certificate (2 months from the issue date)
• Valid banking certificate for deposit of paid-up share capital (2 months from the issue date)

• Minimum capital for a New Enterprise Limited Company: 3,012 €, Maximum 120,202 €
• To begin the creation procedure of a New Enterprise Limited Company, you must contact the CIRCE (Company Creation Network and Information Centre)
• Minimum capital for a Limited Liability Company: 3,006 €
• Minimum capital for a Public Limited Company, 60.101,21 €
• The Company Tax Number can be requested beforehand in the relevant tax office or once the company is created with a simple copy of the creation deed.
